A BETTER WAY TO SAFEGUARD YOUR STRUCTURE

As a first line of defense, a great waterproof membrane will stop water from ever coming into contact with your below ground concrete structure, this is hugely important because concrete will invariably crack, be it from settlement, unequal static forces or during curing, and water always finds a way.

Needless to say, water ingress can cause extensive harm to your structure and internal environments, and if a geotechnical survey shows there’s ground gas, chemicals or otherwise contaminated water, that too must be prevented from entering your sub-structure.
