PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Construction joints are particularly weak points in a below grade structureand as the nature of pressurized water is to target the path of least resistance, substandard joint sealing could potentially cause extensive damage to your structure.

The Predimax® injection system is a high efficacy, double-jacketed, PVC hose with the capability of being used for multiple injections of resin or cement-based materials to enable the sealing of construction joints in concrete.

Application – Where to use PREDIMAX®

Our high-quality Injection Hose Systems have been specially designed for the protection of horizontal and vertical construction and cold joints in below ground reinforced concrete constructions, foundations and tunnels against potential and active leaks.

Predimax® is installed in the construction joints of a concrete structure at the construction stage. This allows the joints to be injected with a resins or cements at a later stage if required.

Technology – How does Predimax® work?

Predimax® injection hose is a twin layer system made up of an internal hose, with big aperture outlets for the release of injection liquids, encased in an exterior hose whose shell contains slots which are placed offset from the openings of the inner hose.

This twin layer technology reliably inhibits concrete fines from penetrating the inner shell of the Predimax® injection hose ensuring the free passage of the injection medium into the concrete matrix.

The astute design of the BPA-Predimax® system enables injection materials to be pumped at low pressure.

Predimax® 11 is suitable for injection with all PU/ EP resins, acrylates, gels, fine and microfine cement.

Predimax® 19 suitable for injection with all PU/EP resins, acrylates, gels, fine and microfine cement and Portland cement.
