PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

As a first line of defense, a good waterproof membrane will stop any water coming into contact with your below ground structure. This is important because concrete will invariably crack, be it from settlement, unequal static forces or during curing. Needless to say, subsequent water ingress can cause extensive harm to your structure and internal environments.

The super-absorbing and self-healing properties of Easyseal® make it suitable for most structural waterproofing applications.

The ultra-low weight makes this membrane extremely easy to handle on site and also very efficient as a waterproofing component in the production of prefabricated concrete elements. Easyseal® is available in both 200g/m2 or 450g/m2.

Application – Where to use Easyseal®

Utilizing leading edge technology to provide waterproof protection for below ground concrete structures, EasySeal® 200 and 450 eliminates the need for conventional waterproofing materials such as bituminous liners, coatings and synthetic membranes of all kinds.

  • Structural waterproofing of floor slabs and exterior concrete walls
  • Below ground reinforced concrete structures like foundations and tunnels
  • Pressurized and non-pressurized water
  • In prefab applications

Technology – How does Easyseal® work?

Easyseal® 200- and 450 waterproofing membranes are needle punched non-woven fleece’ impregnated with SAP.

Penetrating water causes the polymers to swell and thus renders the Easyseal membrane impermeable. Your structure is permanently protected against penetrating water and even very small cracks and voids in the concrete are sealed.
